Kim is passionate about helping buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals. A bit of a gypsy himself, he especially enjoys working with folks who are moving here from other parts of the country, just like he did back in 1971.
We like to say Stroh (as we affectionately call him) has lived a thousand lifetimes already. A graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University, he spent 16 years with IBM, first as a typewriter repairman, and later with the dawn of the PC, a trainer, systems engineer, and salesman. Stroh is also no stranger to the trade show industry, working for iconic sportswear company Fila for eight years. Since 2005, he’s served real estate clients in Davie County and the Triad.
When Kim Isn’t Selling Real Estate
You can find him cruising the back roads on his motorcycle or taking in a show. Stroh loves all kinds of art—which is why he serves on the board of directors for the Davie County Arts Council—but he’s especially fond of southern rock and attends concerts as often as possible. He and wife, Sally, also love traveling and spoiling their grandbabies.
Bet You Didn’t Know
Stroh might keep his feet on dry land now, but once-upon-a-time he lived on a sailboat in Baltimore—for three years!
Stroh's Words to Live By
Make friends with everybody. Get to know them. You never know when your paths might cross again and opportunity could come your way as a result of those relationships.
